Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 81-C/2017, of July 7, ARROW – Intermediários de Crédito, Lda., as a tied credit intermediary, has joined the following Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities:

These entities provide extrajudicial, independent, and impartial means for resolving disputes between consumers and credit intermediaries.
